Natalie Capito, RN

Aesthetic Nurse Injector & Anti-Aging Specialist

Natalie Capito, RN, is an aesthetic nurse injector and clinical instructor with 13 years of nursing experience. Her background includes pediatric and neonatal intensive care, critical care, and case management, which brings a strong clinical foundation to her work in medical aesthetics. Having treated more than 5,000 faces, Natalie specializes in lip enhancement, neuromodulators, and facial balancing with an emphasis on natural results. As an educator for new aesthetic nurses, she makes complex concepts approachable through practical, engaging instruction. Her teaching emphasizes facial anatomy, patient assessment, safe injection techniques, and clinical judgment—helping providers build both their skills and their confidence.

Jasbinder Wells

Aesthetics Instructor | Advanced Aesthetician licensed Certified as a Master Educator in Aesthetics

Jasbinder Wells has over 25 years of practical experience in the field of aesthetics, with knowledge and use of cutting-edge technology in cosmetics and pharmaceutical products: providing training and education for aesthetics medical, with experience in cosmetic procedures, and providing the ultimate skin care practices and procedures, using the latest innovative technology solutions.

She has launched her own skincare line Merci4, focusing on the finest natural products to help develop smooth radiant skin for all skin types.

While actively involved with all the aforementioned her goal is to set the standard in aesthetic medical and cosmetic care by educating the budding future practitioners of the field.

Hi, I’m Ale! I’m a Front Desk Assistant at Aesthetics MedSpa, and I truly enjoy creating a warm and welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors. I love working with people and helping others feel confident and cared for throughout their visit. Organization and communication are important to me, and I always strive to make sure appointments run smoothly. Being part of a team that helps clients look and feel their best is something I’m really proud of. Outside of work, I enjoy going on scenic drives, listening to music, walking my dogs, and spending time baking and cooking

APRN – Health and Wellness Nurse

I’m Alexis Phillips, I have been in healthcare for the past 10 years, my experience ranges from cardiac nursing to ICU. I graduated as a Nurse Practitioner in 2024 and was able to follow my passion for wellness across the ages by working with pediatrics as a primary care provider and working with adults at Aesthetics med spa. In my spare time, I love to be outside, either capturing memories by photographing my family and friends, hiking, camping, snowboarding, or fishing. I’m so excited to get to meet each new patient, learn about their health goals and work together to create a plan that helps them through their journey.

My name is Sylvia, and I am the Patient Coordinator at Aesthetics MedSpa in Reno, NV. My background is in the medical and insurance fields. I joined this wonderful team to help clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals by introducing them to our wide range of services.

I am committed to fostering a welcoming, relaxing environment for all of our clients, and I am dedicated to continuous learning about the latest trends in aesthetic care.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing pool and fishing. I look forward to connecting with you and helping you on your wellness journey.
